I’ve been a licensed practitioner for over 7 years in the midcoast area. I specialize in Neuromuscular, deep tissue, trigger point and Swedish massage, while also working on continuing my education in Cranial Sacral and Myofascial Release. I’m also certified in Reiki 1 & 2. Massage is an incredible way to not just help with existing pain but helpful in preventing overuse injuries by keeping tissue more supple and promoting better blood flow in areas that can become stagnant from chronic tightness. My studio is located upstairs of LeahMichelle’s Design & Style in one of Brunswick’s beautiful historical buildings.
