Roots of Rose Bodywork encourages self-care through the practices of massage, foot reflexology, and Reiki. Our approach is holistic, client-centered, and evidence-based. No matter what modality you choose, we will work to bring you balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually, with a range of techniques and services catered to your goals. The bodywork I do is very individualized. I use what I've learned to feel what your body and mind need, therefore no two sessions are the same. Although I lean toward more therapeutic bodywork, which involves working on specific problems, I also make sure each session is relaxing and rejuvenating!
