Thai Bodywork blends conscious touch, range of motion stretches, rocking, and energy work to help the body create space for healing, experience pain relief, and to find its balance. Sessions are performed on a massage table while clothed. Wearing comfortable workout style clothing will allow you to remain comfortable for the entire session.
