Welcome to Aspire Massage & Wellness! I graduated from Maine’s renowned Downeast School of Massage in 2019, completing the 600+ hour curriculum. Since completing massage therapy school my life has taken such an enlightened turn, I always aspire to be my best self each day, and here at Aspire Massage & Wellness that is my mission- to help facilitate my clients on their own aspirational and ever-evolving journey. At Aspire Massage & Wellness, I will always incorporate various tools, techniques, and enhancements to give you the ultimate customized massage experience. My specialties include Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Gua Sha, and Cupping.
