I'm here to promote the life-changing idea that our the key to releasing pain for good takes a multi-faceted approach. The bodywork methods that I use have the potential to end chronic pain, fix injuries, fix muscle spasms and tightness, and promote health and healing in an individual. I've also discovered how important it is to address the somato-emotional component of pain to help it to not return. My specialized modalities are Cranial-Sacral Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Gua Sha.
