I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005. I have a variety of experience working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, personal trainers, and within several high-end spas. I specialize in deep tissue structural balancing with a touch of zen relaxation. I went to Copenhagen, Denmark in 2019 to compete in the World Massage Championship. In 2023, I represented Utah for the first state massage championship and came home with a gold medal. I love working on feet but I really excel at understanding how to create balance in the neck, shoulders, and hips. Find me at Zen Zone massage!
