Desert Mountain Massage, aka me, Martina, is here to support you in your physical and emotional needs. Massage therapy is known to help reduce pain, release muscular tension and increase range of motion. I am here to help you recognize how everything is connected within your body and how it speaks to you. Our unique emotional circumstances manifest themselves physically and can be released through bodywork. I believe that we are all given gifts in this life, and my gift has been to hear, listen to and follow intuitive guidance. Each session is intentional and catered specifically to you and continuation of this work will help give direction along your own healing journey.
