Deep Roots Massage and Bodywork is a massage practice owned and operated by Barb Brereton, a state and nationally certified, 20-year Massage Therapist and body worker. Barb specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, trigger-point therapy, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and much more. Barb has continued her training specializing in cupping, Ayurvedic medicine, prenatal massage, hot stone massage, Lomi Lomi levels 1 and 2, reflexology, and she is currently studying foot zoning. She also worked eight years at Stein Erickson Lodge (Utah’s only five-star spa), and has had the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele base consisting of distinguished and well-seasoned clientele.
