Ruthie specializes in providing manual therapy for the treatment and prevention of chronic pain and postural dysfunction. She particularly enjoys treating shoulder and hip dysfunction. She utilizes deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, Swedish massage and spontaneous muscle release techniques (SMRT). Ruthie is thrilled to be a part of your integrative medicine team. Ruthie is a native Austinite and enjoys hiking, biking and baking with her family in her free time.
