Cortney is an experienced and passionate professional who has been practicing massage since 2001, following her graduation from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Psychology. Her approach to massage and wellness is deeply rooted in the benefits of self-care. She centers each massage session around the individual needs of her clients, fostering self-connection, body awareness, and self-acceptance. Cortney is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and skills, having studied a variety of techniques. She also holds a certification in prenatal massage. In addition to her massage practice, she is an accomplished yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, further enriching her holistic approach to wellness.
