Hi! I’m Alison, a licensed massage therapist, and certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist. My practice is focused on relief management of both acute and chronic pain through Integrated Therapeutic Massage. My intention for each of our sessions is to hold a safe space, educate, and assist in the mind and body connection. Each massage is a collaborative and personalized integration of many types of corrective muscle therapy. Deep tissue, trigger point, cranial sacral, myofascial, cupping, muscle scraping, stretching, and additionally lymphatic drainage.
