My approach to helping you comes from an eclectic combination of knowledge and skills that I have acquired from over the course of my career as a strength and conditioning specialist as well as a massage therapist. I have always been intrigued to understand and learn how the body works so that I am better equipped to create solutions to problems that may arise and to keep things working optimally.
