About

I'm a retired Navy Nurse & Licensed Massage Therapist. I have been a LMT & helping people in west TN for the past 15 years. I trained in Jacksonville, FL at the School of Neuromuscular Therapy. In 2018 I joined a local MedSpa two days a week. In 2019 we branched out sharing a new space, building a new brand together. Both of our businesses were blessed & we outgrew the shared space. The MedSpa moved to the larger suite next door and giving my business an opportunity to expand. We are pleased to be expanding our services to include nails and an Infrared Sauna to provide a peaceful oasis for our clientele and our community!
