Life is hard and stressful, even day to day activities sometimes... a lot of times, really. This all causes our bodies to go from a state of homeostasis to pure chaos. Our nervous systems get dis-regulated! Self care helps bring us back into our bodies and that is one of my biggest passions, I am so fortunate and thankful to be able to assist in this journey with my clients.
