Having chronic pain myself for years may have been the chief reason for getting into the business of massage. After doing deep tissue massage for 20 years, I was introduced to connective tissue massage by a colleague . I immediately noticed a difference in my body and the freedom I received from my pain. I set on a journey to change my practice of massage through changes in my own body. Now some many years later, where most massage therapist have retired thru injury to their own bodies, I’m just beginning a fabulous journey with no end in sight and feeling the freedom in my own body for the first time.
