I've been practicing massage therapy for over 17 years. I started off at a chiropractic office as a chiropractic assistant. Over the 6 1/2 years at the chiropractor's office, I gained a knowledge and respect for everyday life and its effects on the body. My goal is to provide deep tissue techniques to those who are tight and limited in mobility, Swedish techniques for calming and rejuvenation, and sports massage for athletes and those working on their fitness goals. I can provide comforting and much needed massage for soon to be moms and their littles of all ages.
