With over 16 years of experience, I specialize in deep tissue - structural work, having been trained by indigenous Maori Healers from New Zealand. You may stay fully clothed for your session unless the use of oil is needed. I use my intuition, feet, knees, elbows, raakaau (stick), stones, as well as energy work, assisted stretching among other methods to address what is coming up. My intention is to realign your body and help you release energy blocks, pain or tension that is held and no longer needed. I am located upstairs of Shakti Power yoga. Appointments required.
