My name is Christy Ashworth. I am a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. My training at Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies focused on Swedish-Esalen Massage (the feel good, mushy squishy stuff), Kinesiology (body movement and muscle testing), Neuromuscular-Somatic Release (deeper work, usually associated with trigger points), and Acupressure (applying pressure to tiny points within our energy pathways).
