Therapeutic massage, bodywork, and Reiki for Innovative Aging. Pain is not a natural part of the aging process, it can be avoided and you don't live with it!!! I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009, and since then I have focused my work on Myofascial Therapy and Lymphatic Therapy as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I graduated Cum Laude from Eastern Oregon University where my undergraduate research was focused on arthritis and joint replacement surgeries. I am currently doing graduate research in Innovative Aging at University of Florida School of Medicine. The focus of my current studies is the prevention of premature aging and the associated aches and pains that go along with it but are often preventable, and reversible.
