Custom massage therapy sessions including craniosacral, myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation techniques, and more. I will use my training and experience to help address your health concerns for therapeutic and relaxing massage sessions, ranging from 30 to 120 minutes. My goal is to help my clients feel more comfortable in their own body, and to get more out of their lives. I love hearing how my clients are getting to do more, with less discomfort and pain.
