I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Eugene/Springfield, OR. I integrate healing massage with the goal of empowering people to achieve physical and emotional wellness through therapeutic massage. I specialize in treating plantar fasciitis, sciatic nerve pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain, back pain, knee pain and migraines. I apply several modalities including classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and Berry Method®. I accept and bill most insurances. I am in network with PacificSource. My intention in each massage is to listen and personalize your session based on your expectations.
