Wellness is different for everyone. Sometimes we must embrace and face our UNwellness in order to evolve and heal. I use my own personal experience with trauma healing and living “functionally unwell” to bring guidance and example to every single person. With ten years of experience in massage therapy, I have dedicated my career to trauma healing with a specialty in women’s pelvic pain. I offer peer mentoring, trauma bodywork/recovery, and NeuroOptimal Neurofeedback which has been vital in my own mental health journey. I know Unwellness. I know healing.
