Hey! I’m Jess. I feel so lucky to be a massage practitioner and help people reach their goals and facilitate overall well being and health. I am passionate about massage as a natural approach to treating muscular tension, stress, anxiety, pain, headaches and injuries. My sessions are a fusion between Swedish—deep tissue— and acupressure. I integrate my understanding of the human body to determine what needs to be worked on, alongside with what my client would like to focus on. I encourage clients to be a part of their treatment and offer information on what they can be doing at home in-between sessions
