I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Portland area for over 20 years, and I continue to love what I do. Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy® is for those needing assistance with digestive, menstrual, fertility, prolapse, prostate, circulation and low back issues. Nurturing the Mother® Fertility Massage helps folks with uteri wanting to conceive naturally and/or struggling with the process. Holistic Pelvic Care® is for those in need of focused internal pelvic floor work. And, Pregnancy Massage is a great way to care for the body as it transitions through each phase of pregnancy.
