I use touch, movement, and experiential education to facilitate holistic health in all systems of the body. Together, we look at your health history, current movement and postural patterns, and wellness goals to design a treatment plan. We will find the perfect balance between therapeutic massage performed on the table and movement-oriented approaches. You’ll leave your session not just feeling better, but also with increased body awareness and new tools for self-care. My Durham office is located 12 mins north of downtown in a large private studio next to a lake. My Raleigh office is near the Whole Foods on Wade Avenue.
