Three Waves Bodywork offers manual therapy and Structural Integration (ATSI) to address chronic and actue pain, assist in injury rehabilitation, and promote increased range of motion. Therapist Jenn Slade (MS, ATSI, LMBT, RYT) has an unwavering passion for helping her clients find more freedom, ease, and mobility in their bodies so they can move better, heal faster, age more gracefully, and do more of what they love without pain holding them back. Sessions may include postural assessment, hands-on therapy, somatic and movement education, therapeutic exercises, goal setting, and self-care homework recommendations. Clients can expect to wear exercise-style clothing and to actively participate throughout their session.
