Pain rehabilitation and mobility recovery bodywork for women. We specialize in supporting those with chronic pain, as well as loss of mobility, range of motion, and flexibility. Our unique and gentle bodywork method helps to release tension that has been in the body for a long time, all while using a gentle touch to cause no additional harm to the body. We offer positive touch for trauma survivors who experience trauma triggers that cause discomfort in the body. What we offer is lasting relief, and an outlet for physical and mental unrest using techniques that make it safe for the areas of pain and tension to let go so that you feel better in your body and mind. We are trauma, grief, and caregiver informed. We also welcome seniors!
