Sozo Body Therapy, LLC is a physical therapist owned and operated therapeutic clinic. I have been a PT for 19 years and an LMBT for 9 years. I specialize in PT and massage therapy for clients who have been experiencing chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, postural dysfunctions, and general work related injuries. I also provide prenatal and postnatal massage and bodywork. I incorporate essential oils into our session (if preferred). I evaluate each client with a medical mindset and treat through a holistic lens. We discuss lifestyle, workload at work and/or home, ergonomics, nutrition, and stressors to help understand the full picture of what you encounter daily and how that can play into your dysfunctions.
