Restore + Recover Bodywork is more than a relaxation massage, it is about healing and genuinely helping others to find relief from pain and discomfort. Self-care is important, and relieving tension and stress is what I do best. As the owner and creator, I am passionate about health and fitness which is what brought me into this career. It is through my own personal, life-long struggles with back issues that led me here, and as a result, I finally found healing through bodywork and exercise.
