Located in downtown Mount Airy North Carolina, we are a highly trained group of professional and licensed practitioners that utilize an integrative, natural, and holistic approach to health. We offer a wide variety of therapies including massage, yoga massage, and body treatments that can be applied in combination or individually based on your preferences and individual needs. Please note that we operate on a by appointment basis. Our hours are Mon-Sat: 9am to 6pm, but we will do our best accommodate those needing appointments outside those hours. Because we work by appointment, please note that we do not always have a receptionist, but do know that if you have a scheduled appointment, we will be open at your designated time. Thank you.
