With over 20 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients enhance their health and well-being through professional massage therapy. As a former Olympic swimmer, having competed in the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games, I bring a deep understanding of the body’s needs, especially when it comes to recovery and performance. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of environments, including hotels, day spas, resorts, and with athletes from swimming, soccer, and baseball. My specialties include managing stress, sports therapy, and neuromuscular therapy. I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to provide effective, natural, and relaxing treatments that support long-lasting well-being.
