Holistic Harmony at Carolina Thai Healing Arts was opened in 2014 by Liz Kriz. Liz specializes in reducing anxiety and tension in the body, spirit, and mind with singing bowls and specialized Thai massage to create harmony and balance. She is one of the pioneers of Thai Bodywork in Charlotte. Liz is passionate about the therapeutic bodywork of Traditional Thai Massage and has studied with renowned teachers across the US, Canada, the UK and in Thailand. She specializes in teaching Traditional Thai Massage to licensed massage therapists and offers massage classes for couples & friends. She is an approved provider with NCBTMB and teaches ce classes for licensed professionals in Thai massage, Thai herbals, Modern Cupping, and Facial Gua Sha.
