I am a licensed massage therapist that specialtizes in trigger point therapy for Pain Management and sports massage. I was a former wrestler and wrestling coach. I was a 2 time division 1 all american and was a assistant coach for a state championship HS team. I taught anatomy and other science courses for nearly 20 years . I worked with all age levels, elementary through college. My life changed for the better 4 years ago when I discovered trigger points and how to remove them. At first though self massage then o started working on my family. I was so impressed with the pain relief I decided to make a career change. I am glad I did because almost everyday since I have helped others like me reduce or eliminate pain.
