Inside Texture, Suite 3, Lauren Light [NCLBMT#20658] is a licensed bodywork and massage therapist who received training through The Southeastern Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy school in 2002 in Greenville, SC. Lauren has been trained in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy (pain management and postural distortions), pre-natal massage, and lymphatic drainage techniques. The Custom Massage Service [90 or 120 minutes] can be tailored to your needs and areas of concern. The Lymphatic Exfoliation Service is head to toe using dry skin brushing, lymphatic drainage techniques, hot towels, a cool facial stone, and elements of massage.
