I look forward to holding space for you and reminding you of the wholeness you are! I believe we all contain the innate capability to heal and I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Feelings of comfort and safety are prioritized during your session to ensure your nervous system is able to be in a place to heal naturally. I work on females only, and thrive on caring for moms before, during and after pregnancy.
