Bodywork is a powerful tools for living more comfortably in our bodies and experiencing less pain.The way we use our bodies from day to day can create specific holding patterns, and massage helps unwind those and relax the body. I bring my skills in deep tissue and relaxation techniques, my solid understanding of anatomy, and my grounded presence. I provide an accepting space for clients to feel seen, to be cared for, to relax, and to heal.
