A native of Rochester, Christy has 30+ years of hands-on experience in the medical community. She holds degrees in Human Services, Medial Assisting, Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, and Herbal Medicine. Christy’s true passion is returning the body to a state of balance through her knowledge of multiple complementary therapeutic modalities. Utilizing her knowledge of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine while incorporating western influences; she utilizes Integrative Therapeutic Massage techniques: Lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. Treating Specific Diagnosis: Fibromyalgia, Post Surgical, Tech Neck, Frozen Shoulder, Nerve Entrapment.
