​I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 23 years. The bulk of my career, 16 years, was with the Buffalo Sabres until 2017 as the Team Massage Therapist. Players still use me privately to get through the long grueling season. ​Over the years, I have studied various techniques, ranging from Swedish to sports massage. What works for one client doesn’t always mean it works for everyone. I have learned to combine techniques and design approaches based on client tolerances and circumstances. I am passionate about helping people achieve a healthy balanced life free of pain and stress using massage, stretching, and exercise. I look forward to be on your team in this everyday sport called life.
