About

The concept and mission of Kasa Healing (casa means home in Spanish) invokes and supports reconnecting, coming home to your center and temple to self-nurture. We offer an interweaving of holistic health services for individuals or groups (virtual and in person). All Kasa Healing offerings go beyond the physical and create space for wholeness and healing through various approaches, such as: holistically integrating various massage therapy modalities (eastern and western), Reiki or laying-on of hands, mindfulness and somatic practices, intuitive guidance, aromatherapy, sound healing, and consulting. Trust the power of presence, of slowing down to tune in, and inviting the body to experience homeostasis and the body-mind-spirit connection.
