I've been working as a licensed massage therapist in the Hudson Valley for 19 years. I Graduated from the Hudson Valley school of Massage Therapy in 2005. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage professionals. At I've Got Your Back Massage Therapy you will always get a customized therapeutic massage that addresses your bodies needs. I use swedish, deep tissue, and stretching massage techniques as well as essential oils, heat packs, and hot towels to elevate your experience. I also offer prenatal massage as well as CBD massage.
