About

As a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011, I provide a customized approach to a client's therapeutic session. I encourage clients to work with me on a regular basis as this helps to alleviate their pain, reduce stress, increase range in motion, boost immunity, and create body awareness. I am member of the AMTA and have over a 1000 hours of schooling from both Cortiva in Boston, MA and Onondaga School of Massage Therapy in Rochester, NY. In addition to being an LMT, I am also a certified and practicing yoga teacher in the Rochester area.
