Hello East Mountainers, my name is Amie and I welcome you to my massage practice. I have been practicing massage for over 20 years and my menu of massage offerings includes: Thai, Hot Stone, Cupping, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal. In 2012 I began to incorporate teaching Yoga into my wellness-centered career path. I offer individual and couples yoga sessions upon request, and will be guiding nature immersion yoga retreats several times per year. I’ve had the honor of practicing my profession at luxury spas such as Bellagio, Four Seasons, and JW Marriott.
