A Southern NH body wellness and performance center that has helped athletes and individuals improve their performance and feel better since 2010. Bodywork services include Rolfing (for myofascial release and skeletal alignment) and massage therapy. We also have a suite of devices to improve fitness and recover from injury or stress, including PEMF, o-zone sauna, red light therapy, Percussor, and specialized resistance training machines. Run by Gregg Guillemette, a sponsored athlete, National Karate Champion, licensed massage therapist and Certified Rolfer for over 20 years. Gregg recently achieved a 7th degree black belt and has a passion for helping others.
