Massage is something I have found to be incredibly helpful and powerful with creating a sense of calm and being present. It has also given relief from chronic pain conditions. I want to help people take some time for themselves and create a space where they can relax and decompress from the stress in their life. I would like to help alleviate pain, using various techniques that were a part of my education. These are goals that I am more than happy to assist individuals meet by creating an individualized plan of treatment at the beginning of every session.
