Cassandra's goal is to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit while bringing awareness to your breath and tensions in your body. Our daily stress can wreak havoc in our physical body and it's her job to show you where you are carrying it. Massage and energy work are wonderful modalities to improve your health and often times it's not until you receive bodywork that you realize just how much you need it.
