Hello, and welcome!! My name is Sonya Bykofsky, and I have been working in the field of therapeutic massage and bodywork since 1992. My resume includes Canyon Ranch Spa and Kripalu Holistic Health Center, both located here in Lenox, Massachusetts. Since 2009 I have worked exclusively from my in-home office. While I am trained in a variety of modalities, I consider my specialties: Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial work, and Positional Release Therapy (a fast, easy way to release chronically tight muscles.
