Shaina's practice combines manual therapy techniques, including visceral manipulation, neuromeningeal manipulation, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. In Craniosacral Therapy sessions, clients receive non-invasive hands-on work, promoting expansion and centering in their systems. Our bodies are wise and when witnessed through responsive touch, drop into the parasympathetic nervous system, where our self-healing mechanisms can act to their highest potential. This may manifest as the unwinding of chronic holdings in the body or as deep rest and relaxation.
