Pine Heart Healing offers community sliding scale trauma-informed massages that focus on restorative and intuitive deep tissue work to help us connect back to our bodies and promote healing. Cupping, moxa, herbal support through salves, teas, tinctures, bath salts, and food as medicine, foraging and herb workshops, as well as Tarot readings, Reiki and art are also available. Rabbit Varela, Licensed Massage Therapist (she/they), learned massage practice through The Massage School in Boston, integrating their Reiki II and herbal practice with a study of the fascial network. She loves this work and the chance it gives to help ourselves and others connect with our bodies, and see ourselves as part of the healing of our communities and the land.
