Respect and consent is the foundation of my work; each session is tailored to your needs and priorities. I work gently, precisely, and thoroughly on constricted areas and trigger points, with a focus on helping the nervous system feel safe to let go. I am here to facilitate healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I have a particular gift for working with people who are in pain, including headaches, injuries, fibromyalgia, or PTSD.
