Two massage studio locations for your convenience! Main studio located at 238 Bedford St, Suite 5, Lexington MA 02420. Inside Namaste Massage. Hours are Tuesdays 10 am to 7 pm and Fridays 9 am to 4 pm. Second studio located at 25 Bridge Street, # 1, Billerica, MA 01821. Inside Billerica Chiropractic. Hours are Thursdays 10 am to 7pm and Saturdays 8 am to 3pm. Elizabeth Mitchell graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2009, completing a 750-hour-intensive curriculum. "Beth" takes a whole body approach to her work, and with applying her own personal experience, has expanded treatment options to help focus on not only the physical pain and complaints her clients express, but also how that tension may be affecting other areas.
